White Sage

Description

White Sage has been used for centuries by Native Americans, for their purification ceremonies and healing sessions. This plant from the mint family, used as an incense, is considered sacred and believed to cleanse a space of any evil spirits or negative energies. Burning its dry leaves bundled into smudge sticks also aims at blessing, cleansing and healing the person or object being smudged.

White Sage has a very distinctive resinous scent that enables a greater capacity of concentration and provides a true sense of relaxation.

Burning time is 45 to 60 minutes.
