Amber Copal Ancient Sunlight

Copal is organic material that is less than 1,000 years old and is not yet fully Amberized. It is made up of fossilized natural botanical resins; It is a mixture of hydrocarbons with a hardness of 2 to 2.5. The word "Amber" comes from Ambar, the Arabic word for ambergris, a similarly colored material discharged from the sperm whale. Amber varies in color from yellow to brown or reddish brown and is often transparent.
