If you need to make a return, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are not received in their original condition or packaging may be declined.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Kindly email five clear photos of the damaged product to shop@aquariusrising.net, and our team will be happy to review your claim and assist you.

We value each of our customers and handle every situation with care; however, AquariusRising reserves the right to decline refunds or claims at our discretion.
