Rosicrucian Society

The Rosicrucian spiritual and cultural movement arose in modern Europe in the early 17th century. The Rosicrucian movement is symbolized by the Rose Cross or Rosy Cross. There were several Rosicrucian inspired organizations since the initial movement was founded, including the Hermetic Order of the Golden Lodge (1865 to present) and the Holy Cross (1750s to 1790s), and the Societas Rosicrucianan in Anglia (1865 to present).
