Celestite (aka Celestine) is a strontium sulfate mineral with an orthorhombic crystal system with a hardness of 3 to 3.5 on the Mohs scale. It forms both tabular and prismatic crystals.

Origin: The main location is Madagascar, however in 1996 a large deposit was found in Ohio.
