Hopi Pinon Aromatherapy Incense is a balmy, sweet fragrance that brings together wood and floral notes. It is made from the resin of the Pinus edulis tree, commonly known as the Colorado piñon pine. The resin exudes a woody, smoky, and slightly sweet aroma. Native Americans of the Southwest burned Hopi Pinon Aromatherapy Incense during their ceremonial gatherings, and in their tepees for spiritual energies.
Spiritual Benefits:
- Protection, healing, and nurturing: Pinion pine is sacred to Native Americans for its healing properties and clearing smoke
- Ward off negative energies: Pine wood is used in witchcraft to create sacred spaces and protect against negative energies
- Grounding and connection to the earth: Pine wood strengthens the connection to the earth and grounding spiritual energies.
- Cleansing and purifying energy: Palo Santo, another wood, cleanses and purifies energy when burned.
- Dispelling negativity and mental fog: Burning wood symbolizes clearing away negativity and mental fog, illuminating the path ahead.
Invigorating-Reassuring. A balmy, sweet scent, uniting resinous wood and floral notes.
Triloka incense is hand-made according to the ancient masala method, a tradition passed down through incense-crafting families in India for generations. This tried-and-true process blends sandalwood, herbs, gums, woods, resins, and oils to form a paste (masala) and then hand-rolled onto fine bamboo sticks to dry in the sun. This method creates incense with a long-lasting fragrance that leaves a subtle aroma even after the incense has gone out.
