The Voice of the Silence written in Fontainebleau and first published in 1889 in print since then. A translation from The Book of Golden Precepts" a sacred book Blavatsky encountered during her studies in the East. Subsequently it is considered one of the classics of Theosophical literature sharing a common origin with the Stanzas of Dzyan of The Secret Doctrine. The Voice of the Silence outlines rules and ethics that contrast the two paths of spiritual attainment. The one pursued by those seeking knowledge for their own enlightenment; the other by those whose aspirations are prompted by compassion for all.
The book outlines keys to understanding elevated states of consciousness, reveals the structure of human awareness, how it operates and how to access it. She writes of a deeply esoteric manuscript, preserved for centuries by Tibetan mystery schools through an unbroken lineage of enlightened Lamas. These adepts have access to knowledge far beyond ordinary perception -knowledge that quantum field theory is only now beginning to discover and validate.
